SUMMARY
Witness observed three lights hovering above a dry arroyo near Route [██████]. Ambient noise “dropped out.” Vehicle clock froze at 11:17 PM. Witness “returned” 47 minutes later with no memory of the interval.

EVIDENCE
• Photo: overexposed lights + circular bloom
• Audio cassette: wind + single sustained tone at ~1.2 kHz
• Tire marks: near-perfect circle, radius approx. [██████] ft

FIELD NOTES
Tone persists even when speaker is muted (possible equipment artifact). Metallic taste reported.
